When the future partner is a natural person, he has good purposes, but :
He has no necessary training and/or experience.

• His option is the cheapest variant and he goes directly to insolvency, through an oversight.
• He contracts a harmful business with an unchecked partner .
• He is a person with vices which make him to waste company finances.
• He is an ill disposed person and he hopes to make a hit.

When the future partner is a legal person :

• His company is in insolvency or it has a bad financial position.
• The legal person is a “phantom company”.
• The company has authorisations for business adjourned or cancelled.
