Forbidden activities for the private investigator

The private investigator must not do :

1. actions stipulated in the penal or civil law or other acts who stipulates the activity of investigations;
2. hidden by the police the information about a crime preparing or a murder;
3. pretend to be a policeman;
4. collect data about political, religious believes of the people;
5. incite or to instigate the citizens to illegal activities;
6. actions against the rights, the liberties, the legitimate interests of the people in charge;
7. some actions who put in danger the life, the honour, the dignity, the health and the wealth of the citizens;
8. forge some materials or to create false situations to profit by the client;
9. disclose the information he get, to use it against his client to make own profit or profit for a third part.
10. violate the correspondence, the phone calls, emails.
