The contract will include information about the parts, order or mission, duration of the contract, expenses and fees, starting and ending day .
The contract has to content stipulations that the parties will keep in strict confidence their relation and they settle the responsibility.
The contract will stipulate the obligation of the private investigator ( the agency of private investigators) to present the report of activity in writing to the client. The copy of this report will be kept in the investigator’s archives.
